Cut the bread into small pieces.
Place them on a baking tray and bake until they are dry and crisp. Turn them over after some time. Please do not burn.
Put them in a food processor and blend.
The fine side of a box grater can be used to grate the dry bread. The crumbs are not as smooth as the blender's.
Store in an airtight container or zip lock bag and freeze for future use.,
