Mango health benefits.

Fruits are at their best when they are in season. One of the fruits now in season that I enjoy eating is mango.
We have so many varieties in Nigeria, from the small mangoes that can leave annoying strands between your teeth to the Kerosene mangoes I eat a lot when in Calabar, to the big Benue mangoes that are almost as big as my head, lol. There are so many that I can't even begin to name them, I don't even know the names of most of them. All these mangoes have unique flavours and tastes. Mangoes are widely eaten in Nigeria, it is available in every region of our country. They are delicious, and healthy too. I have been using mangoes in my smoothies a lot these days. They make a good addition to fruit salads too.
