My Nigerian peppered Beef

I love peppered meat! Preparing this delicacy is way easier than it appears. there is no one way of preparing it, sometimes I put together different peppers to get a combination of flavours, and sometimes I just use one type of pepper. Either way, it turns out nice.
The recipe for today is a mixed pepper recipe. Have you tried using coconut oil for peppered meat? You should try it if you haven't and let me know how you like it.

3 scotch bonnets
2 tatashe(red bell pepper)
1/2 green bell pepper
1 small onion
1kg fried beef
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 seasoning cube
Salt to taste

Cut onion finely, set aside.
Wash peppers and blend together. Put in a microwave to remove any water from the blended mix.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion when the oil is just getting hot. Pour in the pepper mix, add half a seasoning cube and a pinch of salt. Fry until the pepper is ready

Put in the fried meat and stir to completely coat the meat with the pepper mix. Allow on fire for about two to three minutes. Remove from heat. Serve.
